Moesgaard’s historic and iconic setting offers an inspiring atmosphere, where there is time for new knowledge at meetings and conferences. Our light meeting rooms are equipped with modern facilities such as projectors, screens and flip charts, and we have both small meeting rooms and large conference facilities – spaces that allow for the possibility of hybrid meetings.

We offer everything from coffee and cake to all-day catering from our kitchen, and our staff are glad to help with the planning. During breaks, you can visit the exhibition rooms or step out into the historic natural landscape just outside the window with its forests and beaches.
